Condolence From: Dick Clarke
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Max's passing. I used to run into him at Camillus Village Hall when I worked for the Post-Standard. We had some great chats. What a wonderful fella. Again, so sorry.

Condolence: Dear Jan and Tom. I barely knew yee,Tom--you were so young. But dear Janet was spoken of so often by your mom; Ellie and I crossed paths daily while at the work place in the bank building where we did tax collections for the town of Camillus. We horsed around a little but it was a satisfying and pleasant work place where we had fun along with collecting money! Carmella was usually very friendly after we had our cuppa joe. Always there will be fond memories of Ellie and Max, who shouldered on after losing Ellie too early in life. I felt a part of the village at that time in the 60's and 70's. On occasion Janet, I would love to hear from you and know how your life is going. I'm curious to know if you continued in the massage business after I lost track. Best wishes for your future.

Condolence: My love and deepest sympathy to Jan and Tom and his family on the loss of their Dad and Grandfather. In recent years I had the pleasure of spending time with my Uncle Max . We had what we called "our luncheon dates". We would sit and reminisce about the old days and when he spoke of his children and grandchildren you could hear the love and pride in his voice. He was a man I respected and admired. I was always proud to call him my uncle and my friend.

Condolence: Jan & Tom, Your Dad was a great man. He always seemed to have a smile on his face. Our family owes him a debt of gratitude for all of the help he gave to our son, Dustin, with his Eagle project, letters of recommendation, and advice. He was such an integral part of so many important events and happenings around the village. He will be missed by many.
