My name is Karen Ryan and I am extending condolences on behalf of my father, Retired Deputy Chief Charles Ostrander. My Dad told me Hank and he were good friends and worked at 6's together. My Dad is deeply sorrowed by Hank's passing. The Syracuse Fire Department has lost a good man. If my Dad was in better health, he would be paying his respect in person.
