Obituary for Sharon B. Nash

Sharon B.  Nash
Sharon B. Nash, 57, of Memphis, crossed over the rainbow bridge on Monday, November 5, 2007. Born and raised in Camillus before moving to Memphis in 1986, she was a graduate of West Genesee High School. Sharon was an administrative assistant for NYNEX, retiring in 1994 after 26 years. She was also formerly employed by Jemco Water Treatment and Purofirst of CNY. Sharon was a communicant of Holy Family Church. She enjoyed medical books pertaining to animals and was secretary of the Finger Lakes Feather Club. She rehabilitated ducks and geese and took in a baby duck, Peepers," who lived with her for 14 years. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are her husband of 21 years, Gary D. Nash; parents, Raymond and Jean Shutsa of Camillus; stepson, Rodney (Paula) Nash of Central Square; stepdaughter, Cheryl (Mark) Grant of Brewerton; sister, Catherine Ann (Joseph) Bottino of Warners; five grandchildren; and nephew, David Bottino of Warners.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church where Rev, Cleophas Tuka will celebrate a funeral Mass. Friends may call Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Association of Central New York, Inc., 4915 ½ W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088.
